    Animals:Animals were Holstein, Montbeliarde, and Normande cows.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Infinium BovineSNP50 BeadChip, BovineLD BeadChip, or EuroG10k SNP chip (all data mputed to 50k) and analyzed for milk production, stature, and fertility traits. A total of 48,576 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A mixed linear regression model was used. Analyses were performed within each breed, then meta-analysis was carried out using a weighted Z-score model.
