  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Animals were Nelore and Brahman beef cattle.
     Breeds associated:
Design:A multi-trait meta-analysis was carried out for traits related to sexual precocity. Nelore animals were genotyped using the Illumina Bovine HD or GeneSeek Genomic Profiler Indicus (with data imputed to HD), and Brahman animals were genotyped using the Illumina Bovine SNP50 v1 or v2, with data imputed to HD.
Analysis:A single-trait, single-marker method was used to perform GWAS using a genomic mixed model. Multi-trait meta-analyses were then performed using 387,971 SNPs.
    Software:Beagle, SNP & Variation Suite v8.3.0
Notes:Traits included in meta-analysis were age at first calving, early pregnancy, age at first corpus luteum, first postpartum anestrus interval, and scrotal circumference.
