    Animals:Animals were Holstein, Jersey, and crossbred cows.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Bovine SNP50 BeadChip, with data imputed to BovineHD, and analyzed for milk composition and mid-infrared wavenumbers. A total of 626,777 SNPs were used for analysis.
