    Animals:Animals were Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip, with data imputed to HD SNPs, and analyzed for milk beta-hydroxybutyrate concentration as an indicator of subclinical ketosis. A total of 298,210 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A single-SNP regression mixed linear model was used.
