    Animals:Animals were Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using several routinely available array chips, with data imputed to high density, and GWAS was performed for multiple births. A total of 691,222 SNPs were used for analysis. The most significantly associated regions were tested for association with other fertility traits.
    Analysis:Single-SNP regression was carried out using a mixed-model approach. Window-based association analyses were performed using a BayesB method. Haplotype analysis was also conducted.
