    Animals:Animals were Hereford cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina GGP-LD BeadChip or BovineSNP50 BeadChip, with missing genotypes imputed, and GWAS was performed for susceptibility to infectious bovine keratoconjuctivitis. A total of 37,505 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A Bayes B method was used for GWAS.
