    Animals:Animals were Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineHD and GGP F-250 BeadChips, with data imputed to full genome sequence, and GWAS was performed for susceptibility to MAP infection. A total of 343,705 SNPs were used for analysis.
