    Animals:Animals were Chinese Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Cows were genotyped using the Illumina 150K Bovine BeadChip and GWAS was performed for lifetime milk yield. A total of 124,843 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:The generalized linear model (GLM), mixed linear model (MLM), and fixed and random circuitous probability unification model (FarmCPU) were used for GWAS.
