Design: | Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Caprine 50K BeadChip, and GWAS were performed for milk production traits. A total of 41,989 SNPs were used for analysis. |
Analysis: | Single-SNP GWAS was performed using linear regression. A BayesC GWAS was also implemented, fitting all SNPs simultaneously. |
