    Animals:F2 chickens were produced from a cross between two parental lines, L2 (Taiwan country chickens selected for body weight, comb area, and egg production) and R- (Rhode Island Red selected for low residual feed intake).
     Breeds associated:

    Design:Birds were gentoyped using the Illumina 60K Chicken SNP iSelect chip and analyzed for growth, comb size, an antibody response to SRBC. A total of 40,618 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was carried out using a univariate linear mixed model. An interval mapping method was also used for QTL detection.
