    Animals:An F2 resource population was derived from a cross between White Leghorn and Dongxiang chickens.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Birds were genotyped using the 600K Affymetrix Axiom Chicken Genotyping Array and analyzed for eggshell ultrastructure traits. A total of 434,442 SNPs were used for analysis.
