Animals:Birds used in the study were from an F2 chicken resource population derived from a cross between broiler sires from a high abdominal fat line divergently selected for abdominal fat with Baier yellow dams.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
Design:Chickens were subjected to genome re-sequencing, and GWAS was performed for body weight at 1-12 weeks of age. A total of 7,895,409 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Mixed linear model analysis was used for GWAS.
    Software:JMP v11.0, SAMtools, BEAGLE 4.0, GEMMA
Notes:This study also has data from a selective sweep analysis, which was not curated due to lack of usable statistics.
