    Design:Fish were genotyped using an Affymetrix 50K transcribed gene SNP chip and analyzed for body weight gain.
    Analysis:Weighted single-step GBLUP was used to perform GWAS using 50-SNP windows. Single-marker GWAS was performed using family-based analysis using permutations and a generalized score test.
