    Animals:Fish were from the NCCWA selective breeding program, established by intercrossing seven domesticated strains of rainbow trout and selecting for improved growth performance.
     Breeds associated:

    Design:Fish were genotyped using a 50K transcribed gene SNP chip and analyzed for intramuscular fat and moisture content. A total of 35,322 SNPs were used for analysis.
