    Animals:Animals were from six pig populations: White Duroc x Erhualian F2, Sutai, Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire, Laiwu, Erhualian, and Bamaxiang.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the PorcineSNP60 v2 BeadChip or the Affymetrix Axiom SNP chip, with data imputed to sequence level, and analyzed for muscle fatty acid composition traits.
    Analysis:Single-population GWAS was performed using mixed models. Meta-analysis was performed using a Z-score method.
