    Animals:Animals were (Pietrain x Duroc) x (Landrace x Yorkshire) pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Pigs were genotyped using low-coverage whole-genome sequencing, and GWAS were performed for meat color traits. A total of 458,175 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was performed using the leave-one-chromosome-out method and a linear mixed model.
