    Animals:Animals were Duroc x (Landrace x Yorkshire) crossbred commercial pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Pigs were genotyped using the GeneSeek Porcine 50K BeadChip, and GWAS were performed for growth traits. A total of 28,393 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A mixed linear model and the fixed and random model circulating probability unification (FarmCPU) method were used for analysis.
