Design: | Animals were genotyped using either the Porcine SNP60v2 BeadChip, Porcine HD Array GGP chip, or Affymetrix Axiom Porcine HD Genotyping Array chip. Data were imputed to HD, and GWAS were performed for feed intake, carcass, and meat quality traits. A total of 570,447 SNPs were used for analysis. |
Analysis: | Linear models were used. GWAS were performed using the full dataset and for each of the two lines separately. |
