Animals:Animals were White Duroc x Erhualian intercross pigs.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were first genotyped for 194 microsatellite markers to identify genomic regions associated with susceptibility to ETEC F4ac. A region on SSC13 was further refined using 50 additional markers, followed by genome-wide association analysis using 39,720 SNPs on the PorcineSNP60 BeadChip.
Analysis:Multipoint linkage analysis, recombination breakpoint analysis, genome-wide association analysis, and combined linkage disequilibrium linkage analysis were performed.
    Software:Allegro, SimWalk2, BEAGLE, GenABEL
